New South Wales Holidays is operated by The AOT Group Pty Ltd under licence from Tourism NSW. The AOT Group was founded in 1987 and is the largest Inbound Tour Operator in the country.

New South Wales Holidays provides a range of wholesale product to retail travel agents Australia-wide. This includes a comprehensive enquiry and booking service for domestic ground products including accommodation, car hire, tours and ground transport. We also ticket both Qantas and Virgin Blue.
Reservations Service
Travel Agents can make bookings direct on this website or via a toll free reservations number 1300 737 222 available in Australia, or bookings can be made via Email or Facsimile.
New South Wales Holidays employs automatic queuing systems and the full-time reservations team is assisted by our extensive inbound reservations team at peak times. This ensures you speak to a consultant every time. All consultants are extensively trained in the product.
Free Sale and Allotments
With over 500 rooms on allotment PER NIGHT, New South Wales Holidays is able to instantly confirm most accommodation bookings, even at the busiest of times.
Competitive Product and Pricing Commitment
We will also commit to booking any property that you don’t find in our brochures and to match the pricing of any competitor.
Product
The current product range is released in April (valid 1 April to 31 March) each year. The buying power of Australia’s largest inbound operation allows New South Wales Holidays to be more than competitive with the major wholesalers.
Given the volatility in airfares in recent times, New South Wales Holidays only includes land rates in the mainstream products. It is therefore possible for travel consultants to combine these rates with the best available fares and even Frequent Flyer Point tickets. With no airline preferences and the ability for New South Wales Holidays to ticket both ground and air, we offer flexibility to our agency clients.
Ease of Access
We strive to make it easy as possible for agents to make and amend bookings.
Payments can be made by Smart Money, MoneyDirect, electronic funds transfer (EFT) or by cheque if required. All documents are issued by New South Wales Holidays and forwarded promptly to agents.
